1. Definitions

• Seller: EVERYTHING BLSSD, based in Belgium.
• Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order on the EVERYTHING BLSSD website.

3. Orders and Agreement

• The agreement is confirmed when a Customer places an order and receives confirmation from EVERYTHING BLSSD.
• EVERYTHING BLSSD reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information as needed.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in euros and do not include VAT, as EVERYTHING BLSSD operates as a VAT-exempt business.
• Payments are processed through secure methods offered on the website, such as Mollie.
• Prices may change but do not affect already confirmed orders.

5. Shipping

• The customer must select an appropriate pickup point and corresponding shipping company to complete their order. Orders will not be shipped until the correct pickup-point option has been chosen. Any delays or additional costs due to incorrect selection are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are indicative and specified on the website; delays do not entitle Customers to cancellation or compensation unless specified.
• Risk of damage or loss passes to the Customer at delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Refunds exclude initial shipping costs and are processed once the returned item is received.

8. Warranty

• EVERYTHING BLSSD assures product quality and will address any reported defects within a reasonable period.
• Warranty claims adhere to applicable legal standards.

9. Data Protection
Personal data is handled per EVERYTHING BLSSD’s Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR. Data may be shared with third parties, such as postal services and payment processors, for order fulfillment.
